Have a minute before you stand. You can listen as often as you like.
It’s a full guided session. You lie down, close your eyes, and Emma talks you into a settled, easy state, then builds back up what you already know about yourself. Nerves aren’t a character flaw. They’re a pattern, and patterns can be changed.
Keep this one. It isn’t built for a single day. It’s for anything that sits outside your comfort zone, whenever that comes around: a job interview, speaking in front of people, a hard conversation you keep putting off, a first day somewhere new, walking into a room where you don’t know anybody. Anything you’d rather do than not do, but that makes your stomach turn over.
Your nervous system can’t tell the difference between something that matters and something dangerous, so it hands you everything you’d need to run. This gives it better information. That’s the whole trick, and it holds up whether you use it once or once a month.
It runs a full 36 minutes, so it’s one for a night when you can lie down properly and not be interrupted. You stay awake the whole time and you can stop it whenever you want. Most people get more from the third listen than the first, so keep it on your phone and come back to it as often as you like. It builds.
If it helped, a quick review would mean a lot. It’s how other people find me.

I’m an NLP Master Practitioner, clinical hypnotherapist and coach here in Darwin. I work with people on the stuff that goes on in your head before something matters: nerves, confidence, and getting out of your own way.
Congratulations on entering. Months of planning a look, hours of setting and pinning and painting, and then a walk in front of a crowd that most people would never do in their lives. You said yes to that, and not everybody would.
So this is a thank you, and it’s yours to keep long after the sashes are put away. Whatever the next thing is that scares you a bit, it will still be sitting on your phone.
