Privacy Policy — Emma Field

1. Who we are

This site is operated by UY Agency trading as Emma Field Transformation Coach (ABN 84 678 683 424), referred to in this policy as “we”, “us”, or “Emma”. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

2. What we collect

We collect personal information you provide directly to us, including:

Your name, email address, and phone number when you contact us or book a discovery call.
Information you share with us during a discovery call, in coaching sessions, or in any communication with us.
Payment information (handled by our payment processor — we do not store credit card details ourselves).
Any health, family, or personal information you choose to share in the course of working with us.

3. How we use it

We use the information you provide to: respond to your enquiries; arrange and deliver coaching services; process payments; send appointment reminders and follow-ups; and keep records as required by law.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not send marketing emails unless you have explicitly opted in.

4. The tools we use

When you interact with this website or book a session, your information may be processed by the following service providers, each with their own privacy policies:

Netlify — hosts this website.
Formspree — receives and forwards contact form submissions.
Google — we use Google Sheets to keep a secure record of enquiries, Gmail for email correspondence, and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website (we have enabled IP anonymisation so individual visitors cannot be identified).
MailerLite — if you sign up for the free guided reset, your name and email are sent to MailerLite, which manages our email list and sends the welcome sequence. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Calendly — manages discovery call bookings and calendar scheduling.
Stripe — processes payments. Stripe handles your card details directly; we never see or store them.

All of these providers are bound by their own privacy commitments. We have chosen them because they meet recognised industry standards for security and data handling.

5. Confidentiality of coaching

Anything you share with us during a coaching session is held in strict confidence. We will not disclose it without your written permission, except where we are legally required to do so, or where we genuinely believe disclosure is necessary to prevent serious harm to you or another person.

6. How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as is reasonably necessary to provide our services to you, to comply with our legal and tax obligations, and to resolve any disputes. Records of enquiries we did not progress are deleted after 12 months unless you ask us to keep in touch.

7. Your rights

You have the right to: ask what personal information we hold about you; request corrections to any information that is inaccurate; ask us to delete your information, where we are not legally required to keep it; and withdraw any consent you have given.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. However no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
