The terms on which we provide our services to you.

Last updated: May 2026

1. Interpretation and general terms

1.1. “Emma Field Transformation Coach”, “us”, “we”, or “our” means UY Agency trading as Emma Field Transformation Coach, ABN 84 678 683 424.

1.2. “Customer”, “Client”, or “you” means the party engaging our services.

1.3. “Price” means the price (inclusive of GST where applicable) payable for any services performed or planned to be performed, including any amount stated on a tax invoice issued by us.

1.4. “Services” means any program, coaching session, or service provided or to be provided by us to you, including the 3-Week Program, the 6-Week Breakthrough, the Family Program, and the Performance Program.

1.5. These terms and conditions are to be read together with our Privacy Policy and any other documentation we provide.

1.6. Any request for our services is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

1.7. If a provision of this document is illegal or unenforceable, it is to be read down, or if that is not possible, severed, with the remainder of the document continuing in force.

2. Pricing

2.1. The prices for our services are listed on our website and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

2.2. All prices are in Australian Dollars unless stated otherwise.

2.3. Prices may change from time to time without notice. We recommend you check current pricing at the time you engage us.

2.4. Some services or tools used in delivering our programs are provided by third parties (for example, Calendly for scheduling, Stripe for payment processing). Their fees and terms are separate to ours.

3. Payment

3.1. To secure a place in any program, payment of the full price is required up front, unless we have agreed in writing to a payment plan.

3.2. Where a payment plan is agreed, the full amount remains owing for the duration of the program. If you cease participation before the plan is complete, the remaining balance remains due and payable.

3.3. If payment is not made when due, we may suspend or terminate your access to the services until payment is brought up to date.

3.4. You will be responsible for any reasonable costs we incur in recovering unpaid amounts, including but not limited to debt recovery agent fees, process server costs, and legal costs on a solicitor-client basis.

4. Refund and cancellation policy

4.1. We will comply with the Australian Consumer Law. Where it applies, our services will be provided with acceptable care and skill, be fit for the purpose agreed, and be delivered within a reasonable time.

4.2. If you believe our services have not met these standards, please email us at efieldtransformation@gmail.com setting out (a) how the services failed to meet the standard, and (b) whether you are seeking a refund or a resupply. We will review and respond. In all cases we will comply with the Australian Consumer Law.

4.3. There is no cooling-off period. Once you have entered into an agreement for any of our services, no refund will be issued simply because you have changed your mind.

4.4. In limited circumstances — such as serious illness certified by a medical professional — we may, at our absolute discretion, allow services to be rescheduled or paused. To request this, email us with documentation from a qualified medical professional. Any such request is at our discretion, and where granted, may take the form of a credit towards future services rather than a cash refund.

5. Our services

5.1. We provide coaching services drawing on Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Change Technique (ECT), and clinical hypnotherapy. Our work is educational and developmental in nature.

5.2. Our services are not a substitute for psychological, medical, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice. We are not licensed therapists, psychologists, or medical professionals. If you require those services, please seek a qualified professional.

5.3. By engaging our services, you warrant that you are medically and psychologically fit to participate. If you have any condition, diagnosis, or circumstance that may affect your ability to participate safely, you must disclose this to us before beginning.

5.4. In the course of our work we may ask personal questions and you may share sensitive information. Everything shared in session is held in confidence in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent serious harm.

5.5. You participate in our services at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses, damages, or outcomes that may result from your participation, beyond what is required of us under the Australian Consumer Law.

5.6. Any intellectual property in materials we provide remains our property and may not be reproduced, shared, or used outside the program without our written consent.

5.7. We make no guarantees as to specific outcomes. Results depend on many factors, including your active engagement in the work.

6. Client code of conduct

6.1. You agree to: provide full and honest disclosure of any information relevant to our work together; engage with patience and good faith; communicate openly with us; and comply with all applicable laws.

6.2. We reserve the right to terminate the services, with or without refund (subject to the Australian Consumer Law), if we reasonably believe you have failed to meet this code of conduct, or for any other reason on giving you written notice.

7. Testimonials and use of images

7.1. By engaging our services you agree that we may, with reasonable discretion, photograph or record the delivery of the services, and use any photographs, recordings, or testimonials you provide in our marketing material. We will not use anything that identifies you personally without your specific consent.

8. Security and online payments

8.1. Online payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment provider, using industry-standard encryption. We do not see, store, or have access to your full card details.

8.2. Any online payment is subject to Stripe's own terms and conditions.

9. General

9.1. We reserve all rights in relation to intellectual property used on our website and in our materials.

9.2. These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
