Have a minute before you jump up. You can listen as often as you like.
It’s a meditation. You lie down, close your eyes, and take a carpet ride, out over the water, over the hills, somewhere warm and quiet, and home again. Along the way Emma helps you feel steadier and surer of yourself, and teaches a busy brain how to settle on one thing.
You stay awake the whole time and you can stop it whenever you want. It finishes you wide awake and ready to go, so it’s a good one for after school or a Saturday morning, not last thing at night.
For parents: the first minute is Emma talking to you rather than your child. She explains what it does, and how to set them up. Press play yourself and stay nearby the first time. There’s nothing in it about bodies or how anyone looks, and it never asks your child to answer, remember or keep anything to themselves.
If your child enjoyed it, a quick review would mean a lot. It’s how other families find me.

I’m an NLP Master Practitioner, clinical hypnotherapist and coach here in Darwin. I work with kids, families and young athletes on the stuff that goes on in your head before something matters: nerves, confidence, and getting out of your own way.
Congratulations on putting your hand up for Saturday. That part is harder than the walk, and I hope this helps. Good luck. I’ll be clapping.
